Parking fee of $57 a night is ridiculous!!! !!! No alternative parking options available!!! Better communication about heating issues needed!!!

Great staff and perfect location
I had an amazing time celebrating my husband's birthday here! The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making our stay memorable. The room was spacious and clean, and I loved the complimentary snacks. The location was perfect for exploring, allowing us to walk to many attractions, including the beautiful Boston Commons and excellent dining options nearby. One downside was our view, which was less than desirable, but the overall experience was fantastic!

I loved the spacious, clean room that was perfect for relaxing, and the impressive city views. The complimentary bikes were a fun way to explore, and I couldn't get enough of the delicious coffee from the lobby shop! I'd definitely go back.

missingWrote a review on Nov 19missing pool
No Netflix or internet connectivity options for the TV, despite multiple reports of the issue leading to unnecessary visits from maintenance. Additionally, a $200 hold on your card at check-in on top of the room fee can catch you off guard—better to know upfront. The absence of a swimming pool feels like a missed opportunity for relaxation after a day out, and the bathroom lacks sufficient overhead lighting, making it a bit gloomy while getting ready.

I truly appreciated the modern yet inviting lobby, featuring comfortable seating and warm lighting, which made it easy for seniors like me to relax before heading out to explore the nearby attractions.
More seating in the lobby would enhance comfort.
